South-By-South Outfitter Story

 

South By South Outfitters  (or just SXS for short) was established in 2021 with the notion to provide high quality hats and t-shirts with a “southern” twist.  Sure, we weren’t the first, but we think you’ll agree that there’s something about our brand that gives it that unique “twist” and stands out in a category all its on.    SXS Outfitters is a small, family owned business located smack-dab in the middle of North Carolina, somewhere between the small towns of Sanford and Broadway.  Most of our designs are inspired by what we see everyday on the John B Thomas family farm and “true” southern life in general.  My wife was born & raised on this farm and once we got married, it didn’t take long for me to fully embrace the lifestyle.  Luckily for us, we’ve have the opportunity to raise our own children around the farm and instill the values of hard work, southern manners, and blue collar ethics.  This farm has seen its share of tobacco, cattle, hunting, fishing, and countless valuable life lessons.  We love this farm, good country living, the southern life that surrounds us, and the hats & apparel we design to represent it.
